New Zealand has long been on our campaign ‘bucket list’... So for this collection we ventured to the magical little island of Waiheke, just off the coast of Auckland. Renowned among a secret few for its natural beauty with other worldly beaches, exotic flora and divine rocky landscape...
The location recce...
First things first, Waiheke qualified in more ways than one as a tigerlily campaign location... The local coffee - Island coffee (islandcoffeenz.com) was seriously impressive! Not to mention the local fruit & veg shops with an array of locally grown produce and local cheeses. Now back to the reconnaissance... The morning light at Oneroa beach was so beautiful, with the volcanic sand glistening, warm(ish) water and formations of ripples and pebbles apparent on the untouched sand. Walking down to little Oneroa we fell in love with the little blue boathouse. Further along Zippy & Terence took us to a secret private spot between little Oneroa & Hekerua Bay, down some timber steps built by the locals to a remote, stunning bay.

Don’t leave with out...
- A visit to the gorgeous Mudbrick Vinyard for lunch with a view and wine tasting
- A rummage at ‘Victorian gilt’ the cutest little antique shop at the Oneroa shops with treasures from all over the globe including French antiques, textiles and jewels.
- Picking up a unique piece of art from one of Waiheke’s artists. There are over 100 working artists on the creative little island. waihekeartgallery.org.nz
- Visiting the divine Gabriella Lewenz, the artist who invited us into her incredible home to capture part of our campaign.
