Online Return Policy

 

Full-priced items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving the item, through the online portal above. 

Promotional items (such as 20% off promotion) have varied returns policies and can be checked prior to purchase at our Terms & Conditions page.

Sale
 items if discounted less than 40% off the original price can be returned for a full refund or store credit. If discounted 40% off or more than the original price these items are Final Sale. 

 

     

    All Returns Will Be Subject To The Following Conditions:

    Swimwear

    Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene protection stickers attached. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.

    Beauty Products

    All purchases on beauty products are final sale. We do not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons.

    Jewellery

    All purchases of earrings are final sale. We do not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons. Other jewellery such as necklaces, bracelets, bangles and rings may be eligible for returns provided they meet our returns conditions.

    All other items must follow the following returns conditions to be eligible:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have all tags still attached.
    • Items must not have any dirty marks, stains, make-up or fake tan marks.
    • Items must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder.
    • When trying on footwear, we advise using a clean surface as shoes with marked or dirty soles may not be accepted for return.

    DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

    We do not currently offer exchanges for online orders. We do however offer exchanges in store. 

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

    As our US returns are sent to a third party to ensure our customer's don't have to pay too much shipping, this can take 3-4 weeks to arrive at our Tigerlily warehouse (May be longer during peak periods). Once received in our warehouse, our team will inspect and process the items as quickly as possible. If your return meets our conditions, you will receive your refund or store credit within 5 business days.

    DO YOU OFFER RETURN LABELS?

    We offer flat rate returns on US Orders, A pre-paid returns label will be issued for a flat rate of $14.95, which will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing. It is highly recommended that all returns are sent with the return label provided. Should you wish to use your own return label please email our customer service team at hello@tigerlilyswimwear.com to confirm our postal return address in Australia. Customers are solely liable for the Product until it arrives at our Australian warehouse.

    (Your return label may show in your spam or junk folder). 

    WHAT DO I DO IF I RECIEVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

    To resolve issues with a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at hello@tigerlilyswimwear.com with your order number and a brief description of the fault or incorrect item along with images of the faulty or incorrect item.
