      We do not ship to PO Boxes, please ensure your delivery address is not a PO Box.

      I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?

      Once the order is placed, we will do our best to assist but can not guarantee we can amend prior to your order going out. Please call us on +1 213-401-2197 or live chat us ASAP so we can try to change your order details prior to it being shipped out. 

      If your Order has been processed and on its way to you, please contact DHL and request a redirect for your parcel. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our team so that we may assist you.

      HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

      Your Order is shipped with DHL. You can track your order by visiting their website.You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is processed and this email will have a link to Track Your Order. Tracking data will not update until some hours after purchase, so don’t be concerned if your tracking link doesn’t work right away.

      The delivery times provided by us are estimates only, services from the postal providers may vary.
